The advertisement for selling of the Sainamhai Resort

the Sainamhai Resort that i own 40% of the shares and finally it came to conclusion that the resort need to be sold in the price of 150,000$. As you known that the resort is located on the nam hai river bank close to the outlet from the Theun-hinboun regulating pond, which is provide to flow to nam hai at least 50m3/s all around the year. The resort is placed in the area of 13,200 m2 of land, comprises of 6 twin guest houses(2 rooms in the same bloc, each bloc are 2 bed rooms + individual toilet in each room) with the size of 10 mx 6 m made of hard wood, 1 public rest room size 6m x 5.2 m and 1 large wooden style restaurant size 22 m x 19 m.
All facilities already equipped with furniture and electricity it has been service for couple of month(see the attached pictures). So the peace of land is included on the said cost and it can be negotiable.
