The objective of the initial standardization process is to rejuvenate your infrastructure and strength it up.

During this phase we proceed:
Document of the systems and network configuration
An IT & security policy (required by ISO 9000)
Update or re-install each operating system
Reconfigure the network
Update or re-install each operating
Perform all required security update
Clean up

2A - On site IT expert at Main Office :
Alkia places a engineer on site 3 half days per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). His duties are:
Help: On the fly problem solving
Maintain: A on-going maintenance of each workstation (optimization, security and assistance).
Backup: Garanty that back-up and restore are properly done
Secure: Ensure the best affordable security protection

2B - Call-In and Remote Maintenance (via remote access):
An access to our call center during open day 9:00 am to 18:00pm.
An unlimited remote intervention during working hours.
A monthly security check up of the system. .

2C- Monthly check of external offices :
Alkia places a engineer on the external site 1 day per month. His duties are:
